Shipping and Damaged Items

ATTENTION BUYER:   OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER!

All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please refuse delivery if possible and contact Premium Fountains within 24 hours. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Premium Fountains at info@PremiumFountains.com.
If your order arrives with visible damage be sure to:

  • NOTATE damage on Delivery Receipt with Driver stating "REFUSED Shipment Due to Damage."
  • If you are unable to inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, please write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery ticket.
  • If driver has departed, you MUST report damage to Premium Fountains within 24 hrs. (Monday-Friday).
  • After 24 hrs. the customer will be responsible for filing a shipping claim with the freight carrier.
  • Take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and forward to info@PremiumFountains.com within 24 hours.



 

Return Policy

Premium Fountains offers a "no hassle" 30 day return policy.  All returns must arrive undamaged in the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer must call Premium Fountains at (800) 605-7044 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN.) All returns must include a RAN for a refund to be issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping fees apply.
